Prior to joining Muzinich in November 2005; Mark worked with Mazars USA LLP- Muzinich’ s global audit firm, with a focus in the financial services area. Mark spent over fifteen years working at Mazars USA LLP (November 1988 to October 2005), the last six years as a partner. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Saint John’s University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting.

Prior to joining Muzinich, Paul was Managing Director and Head of Investment Operations for New York Life Investment Management, where he spent 10 years leading the operations, technology delivery, marketing, client services, administration, and financial functions supporting the Fixed Income Investors division of the firm. Previously, he managed product and project management functions to support the Investor Services division at J.P. Morgan Chase. He also managed the corporate treasury and investment accounting functions at CNA Financial. Paul earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting at Rider University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Adam received an A.B. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a member of The Yale Law Journal. He served as a law clerk to Hon. Dennis Jacobs (who was at that time the chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit) and then worked as a lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. After founding and selling a financial technology company, Adam joined Muzinich & Co. in 2015. He previously held Series 24, 79, 62, and 63 licenses and is currently admitted to the New York bar.

Prior to joining Muzinich, Michael worked for Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. in Cologne, Germany where he was an account officer heading the handling of European government and multinational organizations. Previously, he worked for Manufacturers Hanover Trust and for Deutsche Bank where he completed Deutsche Bank’s professional training program. Michael is a graduate of the German Banking Academy.

Alex joined Muzinich in September 2015 and serves as Chief Operating Officer for Europe & Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Muzinich, Alex was Head of Fund Oversight at Neuberger Berman and was responsible for the firm’s non-US investment funds platform (including its Irish UCITS umbrella of 36 sub-funds AUM c.€25bn) and the development of the firm’s product propositions in Europe, Asia and LatAm. Prior to that, Alex held roles at LV Asset Management, Investec Asset Management and BNY Mellon.

Prior to joining Muzinich, Cheryl was a Vice President at GSC Partners, a US and U.K.-based investment adviser specializing in corporate debt including distressed and mezzanine debt, as well as structured products. Previously, she served as a Director for distressed debt and equity hedge fund investment adviser, Morgens, Waterfall, Vintiadis & Co., Inc. Cheryl earned a B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Mount Holyoke College where she was a Sarah Williston Scholar, and an M. Phil. in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from Oxford University where she was a Marshall Scholar focusing on development economics and oil policy.

Prior to joining Muzinich, Fenton was with Credit Suisse, where he spent 5 years as Chief of Staff overseeing Global Human Resources, Branding, Corporate Communications, Corporate Citizenship and the Centers of Excellence and 4 years as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice at McKinsey & Co and in investment banking, primarily with Merrill Lynch in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Fenton earned a B.S. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is the former Chair of the Parents’ Advisory Board and the Bing OSP Council at Stanford University.

Anthony is a Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 17 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Anthony was an investment grade credit trader at Societe Generale for four years focusing on the consumer, retail and industrial sectors. Prior to that, he spent 11 years in debt capital markets at Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank where he advised corporations on financing and solution strategies. Anthony holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Stuart is a Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 19 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Stuart worked for ECM Asset Management Limited, where he was a Portfolio Manager responsible for loan and high yield investments in multi-strategy and asset-class-specific programmes and credit analysis of senior and subordinated loan positions across a wide range of industries for all of ECM’s portfolios. Stuart started his career at Tullett & Tokyo Liberty Ltd. Stuart earned a B.Sc. from the Faculty of Science at St Andrews University.

Joseph joined Muzinich in 2010. He is a Portfolio Manager focusing on U.S. high yield. Prior to joining Muzinich, Joseph worked at Babson Capital Management where he was Managing Director and Senior Investment Analyst. Previously, he held Senior Analyst positions in high yield research at CIBC World Markets and Citicorp Securities. Joseph earned a B.A., Epsilon Sigma Pi, cum laude, from Manhattan College, and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Fordham University where he finished his degree with honor designations Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma. He was formally credit trained at the Citicorp Global Institute of Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In addition to managing the Muzinich Global Short Duration Investment Grade strategy, Tatjana also manages the Muzinich Enhancedyield Short-Term strategy and the Muzinich Sustainable Credit strategy. She is a founding member of the European Leveraged Finance Association, a member of the ECB’s Bond Market Contact Group, a regular participant at the UBS Investor Forum and a frequent speaker at investment conferences. In 2019, Tatjana was appointed as an advisor to the Dalai Lama Centre for Compassion. Tatjana is a leading advocate for incorporating environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices into credit portfolios and her strategies have won numerous industry awards including ESG-specific awards. In 2018, Tatjana won Fund Manager of the Year (small to medium firms) at Investment Week’s Women in Investment Awards and in 2019 she was one of the best 30 female fund managers globally as ranked by Citywire. Tatjana joined Muzinich in 2007 from Metlife Investments, where she served as an Associate Director of the Higher Return Unit. Prior to that she worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager in European High Yield for Fortis Investments and as a portfolio manager and credit analyst at Legal & General Investment Management. She has a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, a Masters from the Kiel Institute of World Economics in Germany, and an M.Sc/B.S. in Economics from the University of Vienna.

Ian joined Muzinich in 2013. He has Portfolio Management responsibilities on our Investment Grade and Crossover Strategies. Prior to joining Muzinich, Ian spent two years at the Royal Bank of Canada in their Wealth and Investment Management division, and previously worked at Lazard and JP Morgan. Ian earned a Masters in Engineering from the University of Oxford, where he received academic awards including a scholarship from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Ian sits on the Engagement Committee of the European Leveraged Finance Association, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a candidate for the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.

Warren is a Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 20 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Warren worked for Schroders, where he was a Global Portfolio Manager and later, the Senior Portfolio Manager for Global Emerging Markets. In the latter role, he managed about $2 billion and helped to develop the firm’s emerging markets corporate capabilities. Previously, Warren was the Head of European Money Markets at UniCredito Italiano. Warren has a BSc in Mathematics for Business from the Middlesex University London, and later received his MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from the CASS Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Michael is a Head of Public Markets/Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 32 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Michael was president and Head of the High Yield Division at Seix Advisors, Inc. At Seix Advisors, Michael was the founding partner of the high yield strategy that grew to over $13 billion under his leadership. Prior to Seix Advisors, Michael served in various research and portfolio management capacities at American General Corp. and at Capital Holding Corporation. Michael holds a B.A. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. from Rice University. Michael holds the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.

Bryan is a Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 28 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Bryan worked for Pinebridge Investments (formerly AIG Investments) where he served as Managing Director, Head of high yield for the last five years of his tenure. Bryan started his career in the banking sector. He worked in the media and cable groups at the Union Bank of California and Banque Paribas. Previously, he participated in the start of Société Générale’s cable and media group. Bryan received a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles where he was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Thomas is a Portfolio Manager at Muzinich and has 18 years of corporate credit experience. Prior to joining Muzinich, Thomas worked as an investment analyst at Trafalgar Asset Managers, a distressed-debt hedge fund. Prior to that, he worked as a financial analyst at GE Capital. Thomas has a Masters in Finance from London Business School, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France.

Eric is a Portfolio Manager with an investment grade specialization. Eric originally joined the Firm as a Senior Credit Analyst from TD Asset Management where he spent five years as an Investment Grade Credit Research Analyst and a Client Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, Eric spent four years at Société Générale as a U.S. Credit Analyst. Eric received a BA degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts and is a CFA Charterholder.

Kevin joined Muzinich in 2017. He serves as a Portfolio Manager focusing on US High Yield credits after spending 20 years as a research analyst primarily in the US high yield market, covering a variety of sectors across buy side, sell side, and rating agency roles. Previously, as a Senior Credit Analyst for Muzinich, Kevin covered the gaming, lodging, leisure, airlines, homebuilders/building products, packaging and transportation sectors. Prior to joining Muzinich, Kevin was a high yield corporate Credit Analyst most recently at Citigroup and before that at Goldman Sachs, Moody’s, Lazard, PrinceRidge and Pali Capital. Kevin earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
